Our vacancies are always changing as do the needs/requirements of our current  families. We’re pleased to accept your enrolment request at any time of the year.  If you have familiarised yourself with our programs and decided you'd like to enrol your child/children for long daycare or 3/4 year old Kindergarten, the first step is to join our waiting list-below.

• We encourage you to fill in a waitlist application form as soon as possible, as we do have limited place.

• Only Wait List Applications which are completed fully with all starred sections* filled out will be considered so please make sure you fill out each section carefully. If you're unsure whether you have completed all sections please contact our admin team and they will happily check this for you.

Confirmation that you have submitted your waitlist application

Once you have submitted a waitlist application you will receive an email from our software Xap from the address noreply@xap.net.au with the Subject line "We've received your wait-list application".  You will then be able to log on to Xap and finalise or update the details. 

​

Accepting a position

Families who are made an offer will have 3 days to accept or decline the offer. If no response is received, the offer will be deemed to have been declined and the places may be offered to the next family on the waitlist.  A bond is required to secure enrolment for each child and is to be paid on acceptance of the offer.

Kindergarten Registration

​

If you are applying for 3-year-old or 4-year-old Kindergarten we encourage you to view the Kindergarten Registration Timeline & register your child the year prior to them child commencing the Kindergarten program. For example if they are eligible to attend in 2025 fill in the application from March 2024.
